Why it matters

Deeply Rooted Accounting was born from a simple observation right here in the Twin Cities: our local neighborhood scene is filled with passionate restaurant owners and creative retail founders, but behind the scenes, many are forced to navigate the financial side of their business completely alone.

​Built on over a decade of corporate accounting and management experience, Deeply Rooted Accounting was created to bring high-level financial structure directly to local independent businesses.

​In the corporate world, major companies have entire accounting departments keeping their numbers steady and their strategies on track. Meanwhile, local shop owners and neighborhood restaurateurs (the very people who give our community its character) are often left wearing every hat, trying to untangle messy books late at night after long shifts.

​Deeply Rooted Accounting was designed to fix that gap.

Tisha guides the strategic vision and advisory operations at Deeply Rooted Accounting with a people-first philosophy at its core. As a reformed corporate climber and now, full-time founder, she believes business growth should never come at the expense of well-being. That is why she is determined to use her experience as a outsourced consulting manager to offer that peace of mind to the local business owners.

Tisha is passionate about helping Twin Cities retail and restaurant owners transform back-end financial stress into total clarity; giving founders the freedom to define success on their own terms, support their teams, and build a balanced life.
